By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement. 58pkr may request proof of age at any time, and failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension or permanent closure and forfeiture of any balance.
Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account on 58pkr. Creating, operating, or benefiting from multiple accounts — whether in your own name or through a third party — is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all balances and winnings therein.
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, address, and a valid contact email address. Providing false or misleading registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in account closure without refund.
58pkr operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in line with international anti-money laundering standards. You may be required to submit government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before a withdrawal can be processed. 58pkr reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification.
Note for Pakistani Players: Accepted identification documents include CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), Pakistani passport, and official utility bills issued within the last three months as proof of address.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 58pkr login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account access with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account — including all wagers placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — is deemed to be your own and your responsibility, regardless of whether such activity was authorised by you.
If you suspect that your 58pkr Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify our support team immediately at [email protected]. 58pkr will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised use of your Account prior to notification being received.
An Account is deemed inactive if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. 58pkr reserves the right to apply an inactivity administration fee to dormant accounts in accordance with our fee schedule, which is published on the Platform. Prior written notice will be provided before any inactivity fee is applied.
All accounts on 58pkr are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). This is the only supported currency. All deposits, withdrawals, balances, bonuses, and winnings are displayed and processed exclusively in PKR.
58pkr accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively via the following approved payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL (Habib Bank Limited), UBL (United Bank Limited), and Meezan Bank. 58pkr does not accept deposits from third-party accounts, and withdrawals will only be made to a payment method verified as belonging to the registered account holder.
Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are specified on the 58pkr cashier page and may vary by payment method. Maximum transaction limits may be applied at the Platform's discretion. 58pkr reserves the right to revise these limits at any time with reasonable notice.
Withdrawal requests are processed subject to successful KYC verification. Standard processing times are as follows: JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically completed on the same business day; bank transfers to HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank are typically completed within one to three business days. 58pkr does not guarantee these processing times and shall not be liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.
58pkr reserves the right to refuse, delay, or reverse any deposit or withdrawal transaction where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, account compromise, or breach of these Terms. In such cases, 58pkr will notify you as soon as reasonably practicable.
Anti-Money Laundering: 58pkr is committed to preventing money laundering and terrorist financing. All transactions are monitored. Where suspicious activity is identified, 58pkr is obligated to report such activity to the relevant authorities without notifying the account holder.
All bonuses, welcome offers, reload promotions, free bets, cashback offers, and any other promotional incentives made available by 58pkr are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be clearly communicated at the time the offer is presented. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion's terms shall take precedence.
Bonus funds credited to your 58pkr Account must be wagered a specified number of times before any winnings derived from those bonus funds become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated on each individual promotion page. Wagering requirements must be completed within the stated validity period; failure to do so will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being removed from your Account.
58pkr takes the integrity of its promotional system seriously. Any player found to be abusing bonuses — including but not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim promotions more than once, placing low-risk or opposing bets to meet wagering requirements without genuine play intent, exploiting system errors, or coordinating with other players to manipulate promotional outcomes — will have their bonus funds and any associated winnings forfeited, and their Account may be permanently closed.
58pkr reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have already opted into an active promotion at the time of modification will be subject to the terms that applied at the time of their opt-in, except where modification is required by regulatory or legal obligation.
All bets placed on 58pkr are final and binding once confirmed. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all bet selections, stake amounts, and market choices prior to confirming any wager. 58pkr will not reverse or amend confirmed bets on the basis of player error except in circumstances where an obvious system or pricing error has occurred.
58pkr reserves the right to declare a bet void in the following circumstances: where a bet was placed on an event subsequently cancelled or abandoned; where a palpable pricing error occurred; where the outcome of an event is under investigation for integrity concerns; or where a bet was placed in breach of these Terms.
Maximum payout limits apply per bet, per event, and per day as specified on the Platform's betting rules page. 58pkr reserves the right to limit the winnings payable on any single bet or combination of bets. Where a calculated payout exceeds the applicable maximum, only the maximum amount will be paid.
58pkr cooperates with sporting bodies, regulatory authorities, and integrity organisations to protect the integrity of sport. Bets placed on events where match-fixing or spot-fixing is subsequently confirmed may be voided at 58pkr's absolute discretion, and accounts found to have placed such bets may be subject to investigation and closure.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 58pkr platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms:
Where any of the above prohibited activities are identified, 58pkr reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close the Account, forfeit all balances and pending winnings, and report the matter to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities.
All content available on the 58pkr platform — including but not limited to software, game engines, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, audio, video, and interface design — is the property of 58pkr or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction under which 58pkr holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the 58pkr platform shall first be referred to 58pkr's customer support team for informal resolution.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days of notification, either party may refer the matter to the dispute resolution mechanism specified by 58pkr's licensing authority. 58pkr's decision on all gaming disputes — including void bets, account closures, and bonus forfeitures — shall be final and binding where made in accordance with these Terms.
